Our provider, National Express Accessible Transport (NEAT) is committed to providing reliable, high quality transport.

After joint discussions about current routes, NEAT has agreed to review their transport provision to various schools. This may result in a change of provider for some routes, which we recognise can create disruption for some families and passengers. Where this is the case any changes will be communicated to the School, Parents and Guardians, in good time with meet and greets arranged.

In the meantime Birmingham City Council and  NEAT are working hard to ensure that there are no continued disruptions to the service in order to offer the high quality service that we want to offer all our families.
