Delivery of Covid vaccines in school
School vaccination team has confirmed the below dates for students from Yr - Yr 11.
The vaccination team will be delivering the second vaccine to those who received that last term, and offering the first vaccine to students who did not receive this.
We would be grateful if you would return consent forms as soon as possible. We will be sending a hard copy of consent form. The consent is also available on this page if you require additional copies.
Session date: 4th March, 2022
Completed consent collection date: 16th February, 2022
If you have not returned the consent by this date, we will be unable to vaccinate your child on the 4th March.
We have requested information on vaccination for younger children and will pass this on as soon as it becomes available.
